We're still waiting and counting down the days! My doctor's appointments have been going well for the most part. Last Thursday I was still not dilated or effaced, which was a little disappointing...then she felt him and thought he felt a little on the large side. So we scheduled an ultrasound to estimate his weight and agreed to make decisions about what we needed to do based on the results. We had the ultrasound this morning and the doctor estimated his weight at 7 lbs. 13 oz. (give or take a pound--the estimate seems silly to me because that pound can make a huge difference!). That's just a little over average for 39 weeks, but not too big at all, so we were all relieved. Now we can just wait it out and still plan on having him naturally when my body is ready vs. inducing or having a planned C-section...and that is the option we've been praying for. I was also dilated 1-2 cm today which also was a relief to learn because we're making progress : ) So there's just no telling! For now, we work (3 more days of school left!) and we wait. Hopefully, more eventful news to come...I told Andy this is what I feel like this week:

Thanks for the update, little mama. I have my directions to the hospital and we're ready when you and Myles are! Can't wait to meet him, all 7 lb 13 oz of him, give or take a pound :) Get some rest--that's an order from your bossy MIL! Love you all and will see you very soon!
