exponential growth

we are now a family of 17 and have officially beat the octamom in procreation. that is if you count canine. our newly adopted stray popped out her first baby pup around noon sunday. it was the birth that would not end. until we reached twelve. it feels like it might as well be thirty. i'm sure millie would agree, poor thing. she has looked a little overwhelmed at times. amazingly, they are all still alive and seem to be doing well so far. they are really cute! the next several weeks will be filled with growing chaos i'm sure, as the babies start being able to play and jump out of their homemade HDTV cardboard box. not to mention that we have a very confused remy dog and our own human baby to tend to. here are a couple of pics--consider yourself lucky i'm not posting andy's video footage of the deliveries.

announcing the arrival of:

6 black pups
5 "panda-cows" and
1 brownie

...each to be named at a later date.
mama and babies are healthy and happy.
